Algorithms for the Ego Program

This course is about ego, the single most important thing that hinders us from being one with all life and that causes psychological suffering. It starts with how ego is formed and how we get our identification. Then it explains what ego is along with its mechanism and patterns, what is wrong with it and the problems it creates. Exposing the factors that cause psychological suffering, we'll learn how to dissolve and eliminate them. Finally, it tells how we can bring awareness into it to access our natural divine state in which a child lives.
