Why does this cost money?
Back in the day, this kind of thing would have been done for free, upon request. Someone would ask, and the Lord would answer. More recently, someone who'd gone through a journey like this would simply write a book about it. We decided to do this instead. That's why there's a price attached, so you don't have to climb a mountain and sit outside in the cold for a month to prove you're serious.
There's also a simpler reason: in this age, we've been conditioned to undervalue what's free and commit more fully to what we've paid for. Spending money is itself a kind of commitment, and that commitment tends to carry people further than good intentions alone. It helps us too, in a mission that only works if people actually show up.
That said, if you genuinely want to learn and can't afford it, write to us and we'll make it available to you.
